·  All items on our website are custom items therefore WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS only exchanges.

·  Exchanged items must be returned within 7 days of arrival date

·  Exchanged items must be returned in the same condition received

·  All exchanged items must be returned in original packages with original tags attached

·  Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

·  Original cost of shipping will not be refunded for items being sent back for exchange 

·  Members / returnees will be responsible for the cost of the returned shipping

·  For U.S orders please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

·  For overseas orders please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed and an additional 10-15 business days for delivery.

·  You are responsible for all and any items delivered at your desired address. We are not liable for lost or stolen items that has been delivered.
